Movie Story: 

Thiagarajan and his friends target corrupt, powerful figures and brazenly kidnap them. A police officer, Santhanapandi, is in hot pursuit of these kidnappers. For his next target, Thiagarajan moves next door Santhanapandi’s house. The police officer’s daughter starts to fall for him and Thiagarajan eventually reveals to her the real motive behind his kidnapping spree. His next target is an ex-minister and Santhanapandi, who guesses his target, is ready to nab him red-handed.
